Thanks to you, we’re in the home stretch.
Hundreds of volunteers like you have take our term limit petition to family reunions, block parties, Movies in the Parks, church gatherings, and festivals across our city.
Our goal is 100,000 signatures – from every neighborhood in Chicago. And day by day, we’re getting closer.
Every petition signature counts toward our goal.
Would you commit to collecting at least 2 more term limit petition sheets by our Monday, August 6 deadline?
That’s just 30 names.
On the afternoon of Monday, August 6, we will be at City Hall to turn in the petition signatures that we have collected. Together, we will send a clear message: the City of Chicago belongs to the people, not the political insiders.
Please join us when we turn in our term limit petition signatures on August 6. Call us at (773) 999-2016, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and let us know if you can come.
Our philosophy is “everybody in, nobody left out.”
But don’t forget: the incumbent mayor and City Hall will use every dollar they can to stop and defeat our mayoral term limit referendum.
That means we must get every petition signature we can in the next 19 days. Every petition signature you collect will go a long way to beating City Hall.
Download the petition by clicking the big button above. Or, contact us and we would be happy to send you copies in the mail.
If you’re new to collecting signatures, don’t worry: give us a call at (773) 999-2016 and we’ll happily give you petition-collecting tips.
We need the signatures of Chicago electors on a hard-copy petition. There are 15 signature spots on our term limit petition, but any signature helps!
Once you’re done, fill in the bottom of the petition. Again, if you need advice, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you. Don’t forget to have your petition notarized. If you need help, give us a call.
Finally, mail your completed petition sheets to:

If you can’t pass our term limit petitions, you can still help by donating to help defray some of the costs of this mighty volunteer effort.
The August 6 deadline is 19 days away.
Thank you for your petition-passing help. Together, we are going to open the doors of City Hall – and let the people in.
Can I count on you?
