This unique flag was adopted by the German Colonial Youth, a wing of the Hitler Youth organization that tutored German children in patriotism and true German values. It features a hand-stitched white circle and swastika surrounded by gold bullion braided wire. Five original rings are spaced along the edges, and one side features a clasp that was used to hold the flag to a pole. It is a rare find that has been carefully preserved in its as-found condition. It is marked with a maker tag reading Bonner Fahnenfabrik Bonn a. Rhein on the back.
